Chios

Chios grows mastic resin in the medieval villages of its south and holds the UNESCO-listed Nea Moni monastery. The numbered lines here are the urban network of Astiko KTEL Chiou, radiating from Vaxali in central Chios Town: the 100s run north to Vrontados, the 200s south through Kampos to Karfas and the airport. Distant villages are served by a separate interurban KTEL with its own terminal.
