Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: September 2026

Cancellation and Refund Rules

What you get back depends on the type of ticket. The exact amount for a particular ticket is shown on that ticket before you confirm a cancellation.

Open tickets — the usual type, valid for a period rather than for one departure: a full refund while the ticket is unused and still inside its validity window. Once the window has ended, or the ticket has been scanned, it is no longer refundable.

Tickets for a scheduled departure: a full refund more than 24 hours before departure, 50% within 24 hours, and no refund once the bus has departed.

Day and multi-day passes: a full refund more than 24 hours before the first day of travel, 50% within 24 hours, and no refund once the pass has been activated.

Season passes: a full refund while the pass has not started. Once it has started, a pro-rata refund for the days remaining.

Group and family tickets: a full refund more than 48 hours before departure. Within 48 hours they are not refundable.

Tickets that have been used or scanned, tickets that have expired, and free tickets cannot be refunded in any case.

How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund through your account dashboard under "My Tickets" or by contacting our support team at [email protected].

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Tickets

Some promotional or discounted tickets may be marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
