Lefkada

Lefkada is joined to the mainland by a causeway and floating swing bridge, so it is reached by road rather than ferry, and is known for the white-cliff beaches on its west coast and the windsurfing bay at Vasiliki. KTEL Lefkadas runs every island route out of its station in Lefkada Town, about fifteen minutes' walk from the centre, which also handles mainland coaches. Village lines get far fewer departures than the Nydri corridor.
