Thasos

Thasos is Greece's northernmost Aegean island, a green, mountainous place quarried for white marble since antiquity and reached by short ferries from Kavala and Keramoti. KTEL Thasou runs its network from Limenas (Thasos Town), with separate west-coast and east-coast lines plus a full around-the-island service on the coastal ring road, operated in both directions. Skala Prinos, the second ferry port, has its own line from Limenas.
