Cancellation Window
Tickets may be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

You can request a refund through your account dashboard under "My Tickets" or by contacting our support team at support@greekislandbuses.com.
Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Tickets
Some promotional or discounted tickets may be marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
